High-strength wear rings

Powerbands are made from a blend of premium nylon, glass fiber, and PTFE. Their cross-section tolerances of ±0.001 in. improve alignment and concentric operation of cylinder rods and pistons. Chamfered corners accommodate cylinder housing grooves, improving piston and rod alignment. Scarf-cut end gap reduces loss of bearing support during cylinder side loading.
