Pneumatic valves

Isys HA (26 mm) and HB (18 mm) ISO 15407-1 valves come with a central 4-pin M12 connector that provides a single electrical connection for single and double solenoids via a cord set linked to an M12 field bus output module or I/O distribution block. Cord set reduces wiring time by eliminating conduit runs and wire pulling. Manifolds come in two-station multiples that decrease base-to-base electrical and pneumatic connections to reduce leaks and misconnections. Pneumatic valve manifolds

Series VV061 Cube manifold comes with 6-mm wide, 3-port valves that operate small bore cylinders or serve as a pilot valve to actuate larger valves. They combine valve, printed circuit board, base, and fittings and consume 0.55 W in standard configuration and 0.23 W with power saving circuit using 24 or 12 Vdc. They have a 10-msec response time and are rated for flows of 0.004 and 0.008 CV in low- pressure version, suitable from vacuum to 44 psi pressure. Pneumatic assembly tools

Bench-mounted and hand-held pneumatic tools complete several assembly functions. They operate on 85- to 95-psi shop air and are easily moved, allowing rapid adjustment of assembly lines. Set up time is minimized with jaws that can be changed over from product to product in less than a minute. Power unit is a force-multiplying air cylinder capable of delivering more than 4000 lb of thrust to the cam operated jaws. Multi-axis motion controller

RMC150 multi-axis motion controller includes new RMC150E CPU module with built-in 10/100 Mbit Ethernet port and uses RMC100 Series I/O modules. LS/HT hydraulic motors

WS family of low-speed/high-torque hydraulic motors feature flow rates to 76 lpm continuous, torque to 824 N-m continuous, and pressures to 207 bar continuous. Load cells

LCR series S-beam load cells offer high accuracy and a 5-point NIST traceable calibration. Temposonics RF-series linear position sensors feature a flexible housing for short installation envelopes with long-strokes. Pressure pipe option allows for use in hydraulic applications. Outputs include EtherCAT and SSI. Tefloncoated stainless-steel housing bends to 8-in. minimum radius and allows for up to 15 to 20 position magnets to be used along a single sensor.
